Terry Riffle, the founder of Paramount Capital Advisors, LLC, embarked on his investment career in July 1995 upon returning to Northeastern Ohio from the West Coast. After completing his initial training, Terry worked as a financial advisor within the bank distribution channel for about a decade. Despite briefly stepping away from the financial services industry, Terry's passion for helping people and his belief that investment advice shouldn't come at a high cost led him to establish Paramount Capital Advisors in January 2014.

Outside work, Terry enjoys following Cleveland's professional sports teams and supporting The Ohio State University Buckeyes. His passion for sports is echoed in his commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication. He also enjoys reading financial books and publications and participating in the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
